Here’s what to expect
Discuss your needs
When you first contact us we set up a 30 minute call to discuss your needs and goals. We’ll discuss what defect or classification types you’re looking for, your tolerance levels, sorting needs, etc.
Next we’ll conduct an on-site visit. Typically 1-3 days, we’ll meet key staff, view your process in action, and uncover and discuss specific challenges we’ll need to address.

Day 1-14
Train and test AI
Using product samples you provide we gather multiple images to train our algorithms. We also refine and optimize the imaging conditions to ensure defects or differentiators are as clear and visible as possible. This results in incredible accuracy and dependability.
Day 15-90
Design software
We develop custom software optimized to your environment, needs and process rules. We provide full traceability and reporting.
Day 91-120
Integrate and deploy
If new hardware is required, such as custom vision booths, we can manage or collaborate on the design. We’ll test everything before launch, software, algorithm, and hardware. We also train your team on our system before fully handing it off.
Day 121-150
Who does what?
We’re fast, thorough, and handle all the hard stuff. We’ll have you up and running in a few months.
AI
We handle all image collection and train the algorithm. You just provide product samples and let us know defect or classification types.
Software
We develop the software program. We’ll collaborate with your team to integrate to your solution and train your staff.
Hardware
If you need new hardware, like a custom vision booth, we can design and build it, collaborate, or simply consult with your team as needed.
